Visits and Walkthrough

Once a first selection has been made, we do the leg work for you and report back with key feedback elements.

Following execution of the Letter of Intent, independent engineering firms are retained to conduct a full inspection of the selected property(ies), along with an independent, second-opinion appraisal.

Engineer Inspection and Appraisal

Once your final choice is confirmed, we manage the due diligence process—specific to each island jurisdiction—and ensure everything is in order before preparing the Official Purchase Offer with you.

Due Diligence and Purchase Offer

Whenever needed, legal structure advice

If and when needed to facilitate or expedite a transaction, we engage independent legal counsel to help establish the appropriate legal structure in accordance with the laws of the island jurisdiction where the sale will be completed.

We make sure all required elements necessary to a smooth transaction are properly exchanged, legal aspects have been thoroughly revised and any and all questions on both sides have been answered. We then setup in person or remote appointments for the closing.
